The Leoš Janáček International Competition (Czech: Mezinárodní soutěž Leoše Janáčka), has been held annually by the Faculty of Music of the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno since 1994, Czech Republic. The competition requires participants to perform Janáček's works.
There has been an age limit of 35 (on the opening day of the competition) for the solo disciplines; for string quartets, the sum of members’ ages must not exceed 140 years.
